This is the pedagogic workshop aimed at finding out whether the conventional tools of theoretical physics hold out any hope for the problem of turbulence. Focus will be on quamtum field theory (QFT) and conformal field theory (CFT) as the tools. Phenomenology of turbulence, numerical methods and some special topics will be covered.
