The accommodation of invited participants (speakers and non-speakers) will be arranged in Fortune Park Panchawati Resort (the conference venue) during the conference days.

Participants arriving on or before 15th January will be accommodated in the S. N. Bose Centre's guest house till the night of 15th and will be transferred to the conference venue on the morning of 16th January.

The accommodation for the students and other out-of-station participants will be arranged at S. N. Bose Centre's guest house. Transport from the Centre's guest house to the conference venue and back to the guest house will be arranged by the organizers.
